The Young Company presents Once In A Lifetime

Summary

Led by Associate Artistic Director Maura Hanlon, the Young Company presents Kaufman & Hart’s hilarious American classic, Once In A Lifetime. This fast-paced, wild romp follows three down on their luck vaudeville performers as they decide to head for Hollywood and try their luck at the newest craze: “talkies.” Slapstick humor, mistaken identities and madcap antics with an outrageous cast of characters all add up to a laugh out loud comedy spoofing the absurdities of Tinsel Town in the golden age of cinema. The Young Company includes young actors 8th grade through high school eager to learn the craft of acting through an intensive rehearsal and production process. This year’s company consists of 33 young men and women whose hometowns stretch from Plymouth to Wellfleet.  Join us in celebrating these talented performers as their hard work culminates in this exciting production.
