Cape Rep Theatre is seeking artists for our 2023 season of plays and musicals.

We are actively looking for directors, musical directors, scenic designers and lighting designers to join our creative teams. Artists from under-represented groups are strongly encouraged to apply. Fees are competitive and housing is available. Our season runs from May through early December.

Cape Rep Theatre is seeking an exciting director/coach for the Young Company (YoCo) for our 2022/23 session.

YoCo is an inclusive program that provides free professional training through an intensive rehearsal and performance process for any Cape Cod high school student. It is rigorous, ensemble-based and open to all, regardless of experience. This is a 6-8 week commitment between December and February, dates TBD. Fee is competitive and on-site housing is available.

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic artist/teacher eager to work alongside our professional coaches to guide this diverse ensemble toward becoming better theater artists. An MFA in acting or directing, or commensurate professional experience, is preferred. Artists from under-represented groups are strongly encouraged to apply.
