Broadway: Coram Boy. Off Broadway: This Beautiful City (Vineyard Theatre), Gone Missing (Barrow St. Theatre), Aphrodisiac (PS 122). Based in MA and NY, Alison is an Associate Artist with the Obie Award-winning The Civilians, working as an original collaborator on the critically acclaimed Gone Missing and This Beautiful City. She has worked in regional theatres around the country, with longstanding relationships at the Shakespeare Theatre of NJ and here at Cape Rep. Alison played Alais in Cape Rep’s inaugural run of Lion in Winter, the first-ever show on the Brewster property, and is excited to be back in the outdoor theatre, as she loves the gauntlet of performing outdoors. Bring on the bugs and the weather! She has worked at Cape Rep in many capacities over the years and is particularly proud to have been the voice and speech coach for The Young Company since its inception. Her play Boundless, for which she also wrote the lyrics, premiered at Cape Rep in 2017 and had subsequent performances in Gloucester and New Bedford, MA. Alison teaches Documentary Theatre at The New School and will be teaching text analysis at Brooklyn College in the fall. She continues to work as an actor, writer and producer. Film credits include The Good House, Don’t Look Up, Spirited and Hocus Pocus 2. She is an Associate of The London Film School and holds a BA from Harvard and an MFA from UCSD.

Maura Hanlon (Rosie) is Associate Artistic Director at Cape Rep Theatre where she has directed many, many plays, been the sound designer for many, many more, and written a show or two (Good Bye Mary Rose, Dinosaur Pirates from Outerspace!). An actor in her former life in productions that ran the gamut from classical to comedy, musical to drama, she came out of retirement after many years to play the title character in Cape Rep’s 2010 production of The Drowsy Chaperone. She is delighted to return to Greece with her real-life pals, Trish LaRose and Alison Weller. Her most recent appearances at Cape Rep include Rosie in 2018’s Mamma Mia! and Helen in Fun Home. Mo studied acting and directing at Trinity Rep Conservatory and received her MFA in directing from UCSD. She directed Cape Rep’s season opener, Tumacho. She is the founder of Cape Rep’s Young Company. As ever, many thanks to Art, Paddo, Seamus and Macklin for their never-ending support and patience.

Ari Lew (Bill Austin) “Bill” is the theme of Ari’s summer. He was recently seen as Big Bill Yardley in Tumacho and he can also be seen this summer as Duck in Click Click Moo: Cows that Type. He appeared last season in Noises Off, Much Ado About Nothing, and Fantastical House of Maya Mouse. He has performed in many other local theaters such as WHAT, Harbor Stage Company, CCTC-HJT, Eventide, Tilden Arts Center, Priscilla Beach Theatre, and CCftA where he recently appeared as Buddy in Elf the Musical and had 3 successful runs of the one man show Fully Committed. Ari has also performed at the Metropolitan Opera, in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, and was the Big Man himself at Macy’s Santaland on 34th Street. Ari’s voice can be heard at the Field Museum in Chicago in the Abbott Hall of Conservation: Restoring Earth exhibit. He resides in Yarmouth with his very weird but very cute wife Holly Hansen.

Nick Nudler was born and raised in Westford, MA. He is so excited to spend another summer at Cape Rep! Some of his favorite shows he’s been a part of have been: Indecent, Noises Off!, Shakespeare in Love, and Rough Crossing at Cape Rep Theatre; The Taming of the Shrew and Macbeth at Shakespeare & Company; Jesus Christ Superstar, As You Like It, and The Importance of Being Earnest at CT Repertory Theatre; and the devised piece, Ziggy Bacchus and the Maenads from Mars. Catch Kirsten Peacock’s and his brand new devised work From the Heart of the Wreck later this summer at Cape Rep! Alex hails from Kansas City originally and graduated with a degree in Dance Performance from Oklahoma City University. Some of his favorite credits include 42nd Street (Ogunquit), Hairspray (Paramount), Spamalot (Palace), and the 42nd Street National Tour. Maryana Crawley (Ali) Cape Rep Debut! Maryana is a Junior at Barnstable High School literally living her Dancing Queen dream. She is so excited to play the part of Ali in this production of Mamma Mia. This is her first time acting in one of Cape Rep Theatre’s shows but after seeing fabulous performances by them she knows that this is going to be a time to remember. One of her proudest moments is playing Princess Fiona in Shrek The Musical at Barnstable High School. Mark Woodard is overjoyed to be returning (after a 10 year absence!) where Cape Rep audiences may remember him as King Arthur in SPAMALOT or The Chairman in THE MYSTERY OF EDWIN DROOD. This will be his 4th production of MAMMA MIA (in as many years!) but his first time performing ABBA outdoors! Other theatre credits include: Ogunquit Playhouse’s OKLAHOMA! Tyler Brackett is a rising senior at Monomoy High School. He is incredibly excited to be returning to Cape Rep after performing in Fun Home in 2018. Arden Brown is a rising junior Musical Theatre major from NYC with a Psychology/Athletic Coaching minor at the State University of New York at Fredonia. She is extremely excited to be in her first production at the Cape Rep. Some credits include Ordinary Days (Warren), The Lifespan of a Fact (Emily), and this fall, Radium Girls (Ensemble). She is also co-captain of Fredonia’s Improv Team, Random Acts, and endlessly grateful for the support of her friends and family.

Alex Murray is thrilled to be making her Cape Rep debut in Mamma Mia! Originally from Brookline, MA, she spent many summers on the Cape growing up. Kirsten Peacock is a British/American lass who grew up in the magical Kingdom of Norway. She is delighted to return to Cape Rep this season after playing Brooke in Noices Off last summer. Her regional credits include three tours with Shakespeare & Company playing Kate the curst, Lady Macbeth, Desdemona, Ophelia and Antipholus of Syracuse, A Dream Play (Cutting Ball Theatre, SF), Breaking the Code (Theatre Rhinocerous, SF) and The Awakening (Breadbox Theatre, SF). Jacob Venet (Ensemble/US Sky, Pepper, Eddie) Cape Rep Debut! Jake is new to the Cape, but you may have seen him at Falmouth Theater Guild’s production of Godspell as Jesus, or Eventide’s production of Into the Woods as Jack. Jake is excited to be moving to London in the fall to begin his PhD studies at the UCL School of Management studying creativity in the performing arts. Starting in 2005 she has been a part of over 35 productions as well as VetCo, Young Company, Footlight Fantasy and many benefits and special performances at Cape Rep. She looks forward to continuing her theatre exploits, as well as her studies of history and language, as a sophomore at Brown University in the fall.

Evan Rees is a music director, voice teacher, and pianist based in New York City. Although he grew up outside of Boston, this is his first production at Cape Rep. It’s been an absolute privilege to work with these generous, kind, and talented folks at this beautiful theatre! As an educator, Evan has served on faculty at Manhattan School of Music and Rider University, and has taught at Columbia University; this coming fall, he joins the adjunct musical theatre faculty at NYU. Evan holds a bachelor’s degree from the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music and an MFA in musical theatre vocal pedagogy from The Boston Conservatory at Berklee. Sidge Mueller is so excited to be working at the Cape Rep for the first time this summer. They have been stage managing for 8 years, and seeing shows at the Cape Rep since childhood. Some of their favorite credits include The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Rocky Horror, and Tommy (Seacoast Rep Theatre). They are currently studying to receive a BFA in stage management from Salem State University. They would like to dedicate their work on this show to their grandmother, Judy Underberg.

Nell Hamilton (ASM) is happy to return for another Cape Rep summer, now behind the scenes! Performance credits at Cape Rep include The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane, Mamma Mia 2018, Billy Elliot, Evita, and YoCo for six years. Other favorite roles include Charlotte Goodall (The Night of the Iguana) in the Provincetown Tennessee Williams Festival, Scout (To Kill A Mockingbird) at CCTC, and Puck (A Midsummer Night’s Dream) at Nauset High. Nell is a recent Nauset grad, and will be studying theater at Connecticut College in the fall.
