The SpongeBob Musical: TYA Edition

Chelsey is so excited to live in a pineapple under the sea with her bestest friends all summer long! She loves swimming at the beach, pickle flavored potato chips. snuggling with her pet greyhound and hanging out with her sponge husband and baby sponge.

Alex is so excited to be in this production of The SpongeBob Musical! She loves building sandcastles at the beach, doing puzzles, and hanging out with her cats, Raspberry and Hot Dog. She hopes every little squirrel out there is following their dreams!

Anthony Teixeira is very grateful to be back for another summer on the outdoor stage. He loves tacos, the beach, and his three misbehaved beagles. A huge thanks to my dad for introducing me to SpongeBob!

This is Ari’s 13th Children’s show. He is now a teenager!  He enjoys going to Disney, Cape League Baseball games, and the Wellfleet Drive-In. He loves eating, watching movies, eating, Christmas, and eating!

Sam is so excited to perform at Cape Rep for the first time!! Like Plankton, he likes building inventions and swimming, as well as the color blue, pasta, and the “Sing” movies! Thanks to his friends and family for their suppor

This is Emily’s first time playing a sentient computer! She is thrilled to spend the summer in Bikini Bottom with her friends. Emily loves chocolate ice cream, the color orange, and roller skating.

Hailey is so excited to be apart of this production of Spongebob Squarepants! In her free time, she loves music, reading, playing Dungeons and Dragons and cuddling with her dog Rosemary. Much love to her friends and family.

Hannah’s been a fan of SpongeBob since its premiere in 1999 (when she was 4). This is her 5th Cape Rep Summer Kids Show and she couldn’t be more excited to be here! Her favorite color is yellow, her favorite fruits are strawberries and kiwis, and her favorite animal is a pig! Enjoy the show, mateys!

Jack Martin- is so excited to be part of his first show at Cape Rep! He loves spending time with his chickens and loves the color blue. Jack would like to thank his family and friends!

Holly began working in the Cape Rep Outdoor Children’s Theater in 2002, and in that time she has written, directed, or performed in 17 productions for kids and kids-at-heart. Creating magic with her best friends in the woods is her favorite part of every summer! Holly also loves camping, cats, and coldbrew coffee – and alliteration!

This is Ben’s third kids show at Cape Rep! He is a music teacher as well as a theatre musician, and he enjoys playing guitar!

Ryan McGettigan (Scenic Design) Ryan is a Houston-based scenic designer of theater, opera, and dance working across the country and Europe. He is the Resident Designer at Cape Rep Theatre, where he has designed over 25 sets, as well as a Company Artist with Prague Shakespeare Company and the Classical Theatre Company of Houston. Regional Credits: Theatre under the Stars, Stages Repertory Theatre, Orlando Shakespeare Theater, Shakespeare & Company, Cape Rep, Abilene Shakespeare Festival, Legacy Theatre, Prague Shakespeare Company. Opera and Dance: Glimmerglass Festival, New Orleans Opera, Opera San Jose, HGOco, Open Dance Project, and the Houston Ballet.

Robin McLaughlin (Costume Design) When Robin was 5 someone asked her what she wanted to be when she grew up, “A designer,” she said, and she has been sewing and creating ever since. Moving to Southern California at 21, Robin started her career as a costumer in film when there were 3 networks and it was TV vs film. After 2 years in Australia and following the birth of her daughter Leanne, they relocated to Cape Cod, where Robin has worked as an acclaimed costume designer for theaters across the Cape and Islands for the last 25 years.

Brielle  is a rising senior and classics major at Hamilton College. She is so excited to be back at Cape Rep this summer working with this amazing cast, crew, and staff. When she isn’t stage managing, you can find her baking, hiking, and hanging out with her two cats, Otis and Weston.
