Summary

On July 4th, 1977, friends reunite to celebrate Independence Day in Lebanon, Missouri. Born in the 1960’s of a youthful change-the-world idealism and sustained over the years by intimacies of love, marriage, and common experience, the friendship has become an odd, untraditional family.
